Our People team is growing and in this newly created role reporting to the Chief People Officer and as part of the People Leadership Team you will have overall responsibility for the development and delivery of our talent and learning strategies that continues to facilitate our growth. You will take a holistic view of the maturity of the organisation, assess organisational needs and priorities, build incredible, scalable programs that inspire and create measurable impact.
**Your day-to-day**:
- Develop the loveholidays strategy and roadmap for Talent, Learning & DE&I ensuring we build for growth, equity and an inclusive culture.
- Deliver, facilitate and design innovative and engaging learning experiences through a variety of formats designed for scalability that reach across all levels of the organisation.
- Drive the end-to-end talent cycle across the business to create actionable outcomes supported by the implementation of development programs and succession planning that supports business needs.
- Design and build the loveholidays manager development journey considering current and future capabilities required
- Partner with the HRBP team to implement a strategy and approach for career paths, development and capabilities across the business recognising the roles of Individual contributors, specialists and managers.
- Ensure that all outputs support our inclusion journey as a business and drive the DE&I agenda as part of the shared goals of the People Leadership Team
- Build data and reporting that evaluates the effectiveness of our programs, helping predict outcomes and informing future investment.
- By a champion for loveholidays amplifying the employment brand externally and driving recognition as a great place to work.
**Your skillset**:
- Experience and a proven track record operating successfully in the areas of Talent, L&D and DE&I translating strategy into impactful initiatives and outcomes.
- Strong communication skills - able to tell stories, deliver compelling messages, and clearly articulate a vision
- Exemplary program and project management skills with ability to deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proven success in using data/insights to develop and evolve Talent strategies and programs
- High credibility and strong ability to build robust relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Experienced working in a fast-paced high growth environment (preferably in tech)
- Results-oriented with a strong ability to execute on required deliverables and drive results.
