Office Administrator required. Our client is a well-established courier company. Due to the on-going success and profitable business wins our client requires an office administrator to join a small and friendly team.
The ideal Administrator will have at least a years’ experience within an office environment, have a positive attitude, a natural attitude to help others and a determination to see a job through. In return, the right administrator can expect a strong training plan from an experienced individual, and an enjoyable, friendly office atmosphere.
**Office Administrator
- Position Overview**
- Setting up and maintaining customers files.
- Processing Receipts.
- Ordering of stationery as required
- Maintain all aspects of mailing.
- Process purchase invoices and assist in all aspects of purchasing administration.
- Cover reception as required
- Other duties as requested by company management
**Office Administrator - Position Requirements**
- Proven experience in an Office Administrator role
- Excellent communication skills Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-Motivated
- Can work independently as well as a team
- Good commercial / analysis skills.
- Live within a commutable distance of Cheam, Surrey.
**Office Administrator
- Position Remuneration**
- Salary £24,000 - £26,000 (Dependant on experience)
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Pension scheme
- Parking on site.
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
