Goodfellows Estate Agents are looking to recruit a Branch Administrator to support their sales team in their Fine & Country office in Cheam Village.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Booking and arranging property photographs and floorplans
- Liaising with both the Sales Branch Manager and Solicitors where required
- Collection of property information forms
- Chasing Vendors for outstanding paperwork
- Compiling records of Anti Money Laundering checks for all instructions
- Preparation of advertising and marketing material
- Visual marketing by way of window cards and property particulars
- Property Key Management
- Providing full office support including typing, copying, filing and other ad hoc duties as required
- Stationary ordering and management

The individual should be/possess solid administration experience, ideally gained in an Estate Agency, demonstrated strong and effective verbal and written skills, good interpersonal skills, customer focused, strong professional telephone manner, abilityto manage upwards, excellent attention to detail, good computer skills especially MS Office, can do attitude, willingness to be flexible and take on additional responsibilities to develop further.
