This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a degree (preferably in life sciences) and a desire to develop a career in medical communications.

As an **Editorial Assistant**, you will provide essential support to our editorial team, ensuring the accuracy and quality of client project deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proofreading scientific materials, including manuscripts, slides, and reports
- Conducting literature searches and retrieving references from online databases
- Assisting in preparing journal and congress submission packages and ensuring compliance with editorial guidelines
- Managing permissions acquisitions
- Keeping accurate records and maintaining organized project files
- Supporting editorial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of projects
**About You**:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences
- A strong command of grammar, punctuation, and scientific terminology
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and online reference tools
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in an editorial role, medical communications, or publishing is a bonus, but not essential—we value a willingness to learn and a passion for accuracy in scientific communication.
If you’re looking to kick-start your editorial career in a fast-paced and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you
