**Finance Assistant**
**Belfast (Hybrid)**
**£25,000**

Black Fox Solutions are pleased to be working with a well-established Law Firm based in Belfast. They require a Finance Assistant to join their team.

**Duties**:

- Maintaining complete and accurate bank account records
- Posting client cash to ledgers, direct debits & supplier payments
- Arranging foreign currency payments
- Treasury (moving funds between banks to ensure appropriate funds)
- Resolving queries with other banks, solicitors’ firms, clients, and government organisations
- Reconciling multiple bank accounts (daily)

**Criteria**:

- 2 years working in a busy transactional role.
- Legal Cashiering or Bookkeeping
- Working with MS Excel, Outlook & Teams, and computerised accounting software
