**Finance Assistant**

Vickerstock is delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland's leading, long-established and highly-innovative manufacturers in the recruitment of a Finance Assistant to join their 10 finance professionals to assist in the administration of purchase and sales ledger functions.

**What will you receive as Finance Assistant?**
- £25,000-28,000 dependent upon experience
- Early finish each day
- 4:30pm
- Enhanced Pension and holiday entitlement

- Company Sick Pay

**What will you do as Finance Assistant?**

As Finance Assistant, you will work alongside the talented finance professionals to complete the following duties.

This will include;
- Provide support to the sales ledger and accounts functions
- Complete, analyse, conduct and document phone payments
- Process invoices and carry out payments
- Ensure that company records are updated regarding accounts and supplier details
- Process sales documents and work in accordance with GDPR regulations

**What will you require as a Finance Assistant?**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in financial administration
- Obtained GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above
- Ability to work to schedules and deadlines
- Possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills
