**Administrator Officer - Hearings Clerk**

Our public sector client is recruiting for an Administrative Officer - Hearings Clerk on a temporary basis for a 6-month contract. The position is based in Inverness, working full-time, 37 hours per week and with an hourly rate of £11.25.
**Due to the nature of this role, successful applicants will require a Basic Disclosure certificate issued within the last 12 months.**
**Please note, this position requires the post holder to travel to venues within the North of Scotland and therefore must hold a full, clean UK Driving Licence.**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Attend multiple venues (Hospital and Community based) to facilitate hearings acting as a facilitator for on the day administrative functions in line with set processes, maintaining regular contact with HQ. Due to the pandemic, this has been facilitated by tele-conference. However, as restrictions ease, the client are moving back towards utilising venues.
- Complete Risk Assessments at venues dealing with any minor and immediate issues at the hearing and reporting any concerns to your Team Leader immediately.
- Complete necessary hearings documentation within set timescales.
- Travel throughout Scotland to facilitate hearings, which may occasionally involve working extended hours.
- Making use of mobile IT equipment. This will be your responsibility to ensure this is secure at all times.
- Collate all relevant case information, liaising with external stakeholders and the President's Office as necessary.
- Embrace multi functioning initiative.
- Work closely with our Continuous Improvement Team to maximise efficiencies.
- Complete mandatory E-Learning as required.
- General administration tasks as required.
