Join our friendly Inverness team as an **Office Administrator** and play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - from welcoming visitors and coordinating meetings to supporting admin tasks and helping the team stay organised.

**What you’ll do**:

- General office admin and coordination
- Assist with onboarding new starters
- Organise supplies, facilities, and meeting arrangements
- Support internal communication and team events

**What we’re looking for**:

- Organised and proactive with good attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Great communicator and team player
- Previous admin experience is helpful, but not essential - we’ll provide training
