**What will you be doing as a Finance Operations Assistant?**

You will be responsible for several transactional finance tasks including processing company expense claims, company credit card transactions, and maintaining supplier information to enable payment of supplier invoices. You will also, on a day-to-day basis, liaise with colleagues from all areas of the business, including senior management, in order to fulfil their responsibilities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process, reconcile, and review all company Expense claims and credit card transactions, issuing new cards and maintaining credit limits
- Raise ad-hoc invoices to be sent to Suppliers for rebates, stock returns, and marketing contributions
- Maintain supplier master data
- Assist the Financial Operations Supervisor in producing reporting and testing any controls as required

**Experience**:

- Experience in a similar role in a corporate environment would be an advantage
