*Job Overview*

As a People Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the People Team by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of People processes.

*Duties*
- Utilise HR systems-Breathe, Litmos to manage and audit employee data
- Produce and send offer letters and contracts of employment
- Send other documents via DocuSign internally such as job descriptions
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate People records
- Conduct right to work audits
- Communicate with employees regarding People policies and procedures
- Provide other administrative support to the People team as needed

*Requirements*
- Proficiency in People processes and systems
- Accurate data entry skills
- Experience with Breathe or comparable HRIS is desirable
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior experience in an administrative role within a People department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
