Position Overview
- To log, detail, progress and resolve support tickets
- To read and troubleshoot server log files
- Correctly prioritise and resolve tickets within the SLA
- To keep the CRM system and all relevant documentation up to date
- Create, troubleshoot and fix SQL queries and scripts
- Install new systems, as well as patch & upgrade existing systems
- To support the internal laptops, desktops and network equipment
- Correctly see all issues through to resolution
- Fixing overnight processes

Position Requirements
- Be a fast, willing and adaptable learner
- Have excellent communication skills
- Basic networking knowledge (IP Addresses, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, etc)
- Knowledge of different VPN software and establishing VPN connections
- Microsoft SQL server and ability to write SQL queries and scripts
- Microsoft windows server and desktop operating systems
- Internet information services skillset

Position Remuneration
- Monday to Friday / 37.5 hrs a week
- Salary £22,000 - 28,000 DOE
- 25 days holiday including bank holidays
