We are looking for an ambitious leader to join us as Marketing Strategy Lead EMEA for our Work Dynamics business, developing our B2B strategy and guiding its execution.

Role and Responsibilities

The EMEA based Marketing Strategy team is responsible for driving market adoption of the JLL Work Dynamics products and solutions across EMEA. This team leverages a deep understanding of the client’s needs, buying process and products and solutions differentiators to create tools, tactics and go-to-market strategies - in partnership with the global, regional and local stakeholders. This team is a key face of marketing to the business and has significant influence on business results and future growth.

The Marketing Strategy Lead will focus on developing our B2B strategy for one of the strategic segments of the Work Dynamics business across EMEA. She/he must work closely with business leaders, product marketing, PR, campaign and field marketing to build and drive successful integrated marketing programs across EMEA.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced marketing leader to develop and drive growth strategies across EMEA with a broad remit spanning from:
Defining business positioning, messaging and produce sales enablement deliverables to promote the JLL’s capabilities, products and solutions for target buyers
Building growth targeting strategies (audience/segment focused) to develop resonant and high impact Marketing campaigns, contents and programs
Localising products and solutions and guide the release on the market, working closely with the EMEA business stakeholders and Global Product & Solutions teams
Developing an in-depth understanding of clients by gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decisions and influence Global, Regional and Local teams
Delivering best-in-class end-to-end customer experiences - focused on solving our customers' biggest ambitions while delivering a positive business impact.
What you will bring
Minimum 10 years of strategy and/or product marketing experience with a record of increasing responsibility in a tech, consulting / professional services firm or communication agency in the B2B sector, in an international environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or other relevant field and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English are required
Strategic thinker with a proven experience in building growth targeting
