**EMEA Marketing Lead -International Property Consultancy - 60 - 65k**

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver all marketing and communications strategy and tactical plan for Occupier Services; liaison point of contact for marketing and communications programs with service line leaders for Occupier Services in EMEA and national stakeholders.
- Produce the Occupier Services collaterals for branding and client engagement, partnering with skills leaders across content, creative, digital and research in the EMEA marketing and communications team.
- Lead and manage a hybrid programme of major industry and owned client events, in collaboration with EMEA and national marketing teams.
- Contribute to and execute client engagement strategy, and continue to explore and develop new initiatives to support the Occupier Services business plan.
- Coordinate the regional lead generation campaigns and develop relevant ROI metrics to measure the success of each campaign. Act as the custodian of Occupier Services content on owned and earned channels and regularly review and update this info. In addition,look to recommend other digital initiatives to promote the Occupier Services capabilities to clients and prospects.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field. Knowledge and experience in professional service firms, with expertise in Occupier Services markets and/or workplace preferred.
- Experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Indesign, Photoshop)
