**Gibbs & Dandy - Customer Service Assistant (Yard)**

**Based: Pudsey**

**Salary**: £24,000 depending on experience

Our branches are busy places, with lots going on inside and out. As a Customer Service Assistant, your role will be essential to keeping our branch and yard running smoothly. From serving our customers in the yard to loading vehicles ready for delivery,and from monitoring stock to growing our sales, you'll be at the heart of our operations. The role is predominantly based outside, which means you'll face the cold of winter and the warmth (hopefully) of summer, but we'll provide you with the things you needto do the job, whatever the weather

You'll join Gibbs & Dandy Pudsey. This branch is well-established and busy, with a friendly team who work hard to offer a great service and excellent product knowledge.?We have a sales office, warehouse, shop & counter, showroom and customer delivery vehicles.

**So, what are we looking for?**
- A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a 'customer 1st' attitude
- The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A positive team player

A forklift licence would be also be an advantage, however it's not essential as we can organise training for you.
