**The role at Josh’s Care Company**:
**Rate of pay**: £14 per hour.

**Location**:LN1, Newark Road, Laugherton, Lincoln

**Contract**:Permanent

**Hours**:36 hours per week - This will consist of working 3, 12 hour shifts each week - **this will include a** **mixture of days, waking nights and alternate weekends.**

**Times**: The day shift times are 7am - 7pm, The night shift times will run between 7pm - 7am.

**About the role**:

- Providing specialised care to a vibrant young man with a high-level spinal cord injury.
- Providing night-time ventilation support and assistance with learning difficulties.
- Assistance with moving and handling, personal care, peg feeding and medication

**To be considered for this position, you will need**:

- **Flexible availability.**:

- **To be able to work days, waking nights and alternate weekends**:

- **A current DBS if possible (Paper or Update Service)**:

- **A drivers licence**

**The service user**:
Our service user is a 23-year-old who loves engaging in fun activities, listening to music, playing board games (and sometimes cheating), and sharing lots of laughter. Our goal is to find someone who can create a fun and enjoyable environment for him, ensuring that he is always happy and smiling. He enjoys spending time with friendly individuals and caring for his many pets.
