SUZUKI SALES MANAGER

We require a sales manager to work within our Suzuki Car Division, awarded 2021 Regional Dealer of the year
If you are a confident, motivational character and wish to succeed in creating a dynamic environment with skills to exceed targets and expectations you will be chosen to join our team.
You must be a natural leader and able to do everything you will ask from your team, as well as manage every lead from initial enquiry to completed sale.
**Main Duties**: to assist the sales team to pro-actively sell new and used vehicles and ancillary products for customer retention, with maximum customer satisfaction to all customers, Prospects, visitors to the showroom / off site shows andat all times promoting the John Banks Group.To manage the Sales Department and achieve budgeted performance with maximum customer satisfaction. Have a strong knowledge of the market and an in depth understanding of all sales financial data.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To ensure that the department sell the maximum number of vehicles possible whilst obtaining the best profit margins available within the dealership sales programme.
- To meet the budget figures as set out annually by the Directors and meet the budget figures turnover, units and profitability in order to meet franchise agreement
- To ensure the customer is aware of all peripheral products eg FCA, related insurance products, accessories, extended warranties, insurance and paint protector.
- To ensure all avenues of finance are explored to provide the customer with the best finance facilities and that finance targets are achieved to maximum potential whilst maintaining that all customers are treated fairly
- To ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction at all times in accordance with dealership sales policy to ensure future repeat business by actively working the contact management systems to their full potential as well as the Dealer Management System’sinstalled within the dealership.
- To manage the sales team effectively and efficiently in all matters relating to sale and stock vehicles
