We are looking for a Home Ownership Sales Manager to join the Development Team here at Havebury Housing based in Bury St Edmunds. This role is responsible for the financial and process management of shared ownership sales, right to buy sales and other adhocland and asset sales. You will also manage an accurate, timely and effective process of dealing with all sales and financial information requirements.

**Outline of key responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all sales targets are met and that the sales process is managed effectively and efficiently through the Residents Services Team.
- Manage the process of sales from marketing to final sale including dealing with estate agents and conveyancing solicitors.
- Attend site when necessary to promote sales, manage unsold homes and provide after-sales service.
- Manage asset sales process (including Right to Buy) from enquiry through to sales completion
- Review all shared ownership evaluations and ensure that applicants are prioritised for properties in line with policy.
- Prepare and present all necessary reports and manage financial data collection and distribution
- Work closely with the development finance team to ensure all necessary information is communicated in an accurate and timely manner to enable timely completion of regulatory and statutory returns

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Extensive experience of managing a team and administrating property and land sales
- Understanding of legislation and regulation relating to right to buy, right to acquire, and shared ownership.
- Experience of working in a senior position within a team and providing advice and direction to less experienced colleagues.
- Ability to produce and present reports to a range of audiences.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and deliver in a target driven culture.
- Experience of working in a property conveyancing role
- Substantive experience of working in customer facing role

- **An annual salary of up to £38,934 per annum depending on experience plus a car allowance of £1,545**:
