**We are currently recruiting both full & part time permanent roles, our full-time starting salary of £21,220 is made up of a base salary of £19,500, up to £1,200 discretionary performance related bonus, plus £500 flexible benefits allowance.**
**We currently have Customer Experience Advisor positions available within our Branch Network across several locations, in and around the Stoke-On-Trent area.**

Whether you’re helping someone with a simple cash transaction, aiding them with technology in the banking hall, transacting with them over the phone or protecting your customers against fraud and scams, you’ll never know what the next challenge will be.

You’ll be totally flexible in your approach and comfortable in undertaking a broad range of activities. This means not limiting your time and focus on one particular element of your role. - Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
- Answering customer calls into our contact centre
- Building relationships and finding solutions
- Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
- Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
**What you’ll bring.**
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

**What else you need to know.**
The role will be based within one of our Branch locations in your area. Wherever possible, if successful you will be offered a role at the Branch within the closest distance of your home address. You may also be required at times to work from home
In a full-time Branch based role, you’ll be working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.
We also have some part time opportunities available. To be considered for these opportunities, you would need to be able to commit to a minimum of 21hrs per week and be able to work flexibly between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday and 8am - 4pm Saturday.
If you are interested in a part time role, during the initial training period you would be required to commit to working 7-hour shifts from 9am - 5pm during your training period. Once your training has been completed you would return to your agreed part time working hours.
