**Position Overview**:
As a Handyman/Labourer for Golf Greens at Lough Erne Resort, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the golf course greens and surrounding areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the golf course is presented in excellent condition for golfers and visitors, contributing to the overall guest experience at the resort.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Greens Maintenance**: Participate in daily maintenance tasks related to the golf course greens, including mowing, rolling, topdressing, aeration, and edging, as directed by the Golf Course Superintendent or Senior Groundskeeper.

2. **Bunker Care**: Assist in raking and maintaining bunkers, ensuring they are consistently neat and playable for golfers.

3. **Landscaping**: Support the landscaping efforts on and around the golf course, which may include planting, pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance.

4. **Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain various groundskeeping equipment, such as mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, and handheld tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

5. **Irrigation System**: Help with the maintenance and repair of the irrigation system, ensuring proper water distribution to the greens and other areas.

6. **Course Setup**: Assist in setting up the golf course for daily play, including placing tee markers, flags, and other course accessories.

7. **Divot Repair**: Contribute to divot repair efforts on fairways and greens to maintain a high standard of turf quality.

8. **Debris Removal**: Keep the golf course free from litter, fallen branches, and other debris that could impact the playing experience.

9. **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, both for personal safety and the safety of guests and fellow employees.

10. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the groundskeeping team, sharing insights, reporting issues, and collaborating to achieve efficient and effective golf course maintenance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of grass care and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
