**Job Overview**:
As a Switchboard Operator at Lough Erne Resort, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors calling the resort. You will handle all incoming calls efficiently, direct them to the appropriate department or individual, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Direct calls to the correct department or team member.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the resort, and assist with reservations or service requests.
- Manage internal communication between departments efficiently.
- Log and relay messages accurately.
- Monitor and report any telephone system issues.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support the Front Office team with administrative tasks as required.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a guest-focused approach.
