**Salary**: £52,084+

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Exploring novel solutions to provide commercial frameworks in which to deliver compelling proposals and provide acceptable returns to the business
- Ensuring Commercial involvement of the prospect in the early lifecycle
- Preparing and drafting commercial terms and conditions, bids and proposals
- Conducting and supporting contract negotiations with key internal/external customers
- Negotiating payment profiles and associated terms to deliver acceptable cash flow
- People management, including professional colleagues/apprentices

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Contact Knowledge within relevant commercial/operational/business experience
- Experience of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ability to prepare and draft bids and proposals
- Experience of negotiations with key customers with ability to understanding requirements
- Experience of contracting in international markets, different contract types and agreements
- Educated with a relevant degree standard or equivalent is advantageous
