**Salary**: £49,135 - £70,385 per annum dependent on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead and support the Radar Software Assurance team whilst taking responsibility for managing and developing the team
- Ensure that the Software Assurance team discharges its work to cost budgets and schedule, working with the Project Control team to resolve queries and maintain a topical schedule
- Build relationships and networks across the Supplier, Eurofighter Partner Company and Customer communities
- Co-ordinate the assessment of Radar software products and process compliance against supplier Software Development Plans
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement within the Radar Software Assurance team

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**
- An excellent working knowledge of the Atlassian toolset (Jira & Confluence)
- Experience Leading a team preferred but not essential
- Good team-working skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Effective communication skills

**The Eurofighter Typhoon Radar Equipment Design Responsibility Team**

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Eurofighter Typhoon Radar Equipment Design Responsibility (EDR) team, in support of the software development effort on various Radar programmes. The role sits within the EDR team based in Warton, working closely with the Radar Equipment Supplier (EuroRadar, Leonardo-UK, Hensoldt, Leonardo-IT and Indra).
