**Job title**:**Capability Retrofit & Upgrade Planning Leader

**Salary**:£54,793 + depending on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead a pan-Typhoon upgrade team
- Coordinating the alignment of Customer (Core and Export) retrofit requirements and ensuring the demands are aligned with industry capability maturity and the associated upgrade plans contracts and enablers
- Providing and internal interface and central information hub for all internal stakeholders including the Supply chain, for retrofit strategies and Production Investment requirements
- Coordinating the bid management of Embodiment Prep tasks across Core and Export Programmes (including rough order of magnitude estimates across the life cycle).
- Effective mobilisation of embodiment non-recurring Engineering (NRE) activities into the business
- Coordination of retrofit reporting via the Typhoon Capability Insertion Review
- Engagement with worldwide operating customers, EF and NETMA on retrofit requirements and planning
- Negotiations with customers throughout the lifecycle to harmonise evolving requirements aligned to their operational needs

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Understanding of configuration control
- Understanding of maintenance planning techniques
- Leadership experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bid management experience
- Communication and influencing across internal and external stakeholders (incl engagements with customer & suppliers)
