- Follow systems designed to make your tasks easier and manageable
- Perform high quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction and maxium contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness and profitably in line with the GDC guidalines and practice policies policies
- Establish, promote and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team
- Liaise with the practice manager on all matters concerning administration, pay and service condition.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work

**Key tasks**:

- Deal with all enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manners using systems created at the practice
- Schedule appointments in accordance to practice policies and keep records of all appointment
- Take Payments for all services
- Provide a world class service at all times
