**We are hiring**:

- Here at Oakfield Veterinary Surgery, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy practice in Castle Bromwich. We are looking for someone with great client/patient customer focus and people skills, written and verbal communication skills and someone who is great at multitasking.

Your duties will include:

- Greeting clients and patients
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Admin duties
- Cleaning the reception/waiting areas

**About the rota**:
Your typical working hours would be 23 hours per week, eight-hour shifts between the hours of 8am - 7pm on Mondays and Fridays, and Saturdays from 8.30am until 4.30pm. There is no out-of-hours requirement. We are closed on Sundays and Bank holidays.
