**The role**:
We are looking for a full time (Monday-Friday), proactive HR Administrator who will be responsible for providing accurate, concise and thorough HR administration support to our team, in order to support a number of our clients across the UK.
Tasks will include (but are not limited to):
- Being the first point of contact for a number of clients completing administration duties.
- Producing letters from templates, and note taking in various meetings.
- Advising both employees and employers on contract queries and policies, liaising with the Advisory team when unsure.
- Reviewing template documentation, updating in line with client requirements and legislative changes
- Updating all HR Systems as appropriate with all changes/documentation, in line with procedures.
- Undertaking regular audits on files to ensure full compliance with GDPR, regulatory requirements and Home Office.
- Supporting clients with their onboarding processes including drafting contracts of employment and carrying out pre-employment checks.
- Completing monthly payroll and benefit submissions
- Assisting the wider team on project and research work when required
You will need to be able to:
- Work on your own, and as part of a team
- Manage your own workload
- Communicate effectively and in an adaptable way to different audiences
- Follow strict processes and procedures, which could vary from company to company
- Be prepared to visit clients and be situated onsite with clients at times
- Be conscientious, thorough, accountable, process driven and proactive
- Be competent with Microsoft IT packages, and various HRIS
- Be process driven, and adaptable to different and changing processes
- Work in the UK **without** requiring sponsorship
