Marketing Executive

Location: Reading (hybrid working available)

**Salary**: up to £35,000, depending on experienceJob type: Permanent/ full time

Due to expansion of the team, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our vibrant, evolving business as a Marketing Executive, supporting the Marketing team in delivering company marketing communications and campaigns.

Northgate Vehicle Hire (part of the Redde Northgate plc group) is one of the UK’s leading vehicle rental and mobility solutions specialists, bringing to life the Northgate experience for our B2B customers.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will successfully take ownership of delivery of a varied range of customer acquisition, engagement, cross sell and retention activities across Northgate Vehicle Hire and Van Monster on time and within budget.

You will be also responsible for managing engagement with external creative and print suppliers to ensure maximum value is achieved. You’ll collaborate on a daily basis with a range of internal and external stakeholders across a variety of departments toproduce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our target audience.

About you

With a strong customer focus, you have previous experience in a similar communications role within a fast-paced, corporate environment and, very importantly, a passion for marketing.
You are degree educated with a Marketing or other business-related qualification.
You are a creative, ideas driven individual with ability to plan and present with a proactive approach to problem solving, and the confidence to propose new solutions and process improvements.
You have experience in copywriting, content creation & development to bring product, propositions and campaigns to market
You have supported the delivery of events and exhibitions.
You have an ability to communicate effectively with management and stakeholders across the business as well as external suppliers.
You have excellent attention to detail, and you can work quickly, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
You have good organisational and administration skills, alongside strong IT skills including proficiency in, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Ideally you’ll have experience in the vehicle or retail industry.
