**The role of Marketing Executive**:
This is a new role in a growing marketing team. The aim is to help drive leads, manage the annual events calendar, and build on the successful partner marketing programme.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, initial success will be taking responsibility for events but then implementing more marketing processes and looking to take on more varied work in digital, partner and lead generation. We need someone who can hit the groundrunning, has ideas and designs, is organised, likes to put in process, and loves variety in their role.

**Responsibilities** for the position of Marketing Executive include:

- Manage and improve the event calendar and feedback
- Work across the business to build a marketing plan to help drive leads/demand
- Work with marketing automation tools to build nurture campaigns
- Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness
- Work with sales team to improve and develop sales pipeline

To be considered for this role:

- 1 -2 years + of hands-on marketing experience
- B2B marketing experience ideally in tech
- Good data and reporting skills

**The Package for Marketing Executive**:

- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

**Location**: The position of Marketing Executive is hybrid 2 days in Theale office
