**Process Improvement Partner**
**Compliance Services, Idox Corporate**
**UK Hybrid - Home Based / Idox office or other location as required**
**About the role**
This is a new post created to support our existing Corporate Compliance Services team, which provides expertise and support across the Idox Group to maintain and improve integrity and efficiency in the Group’s operational and financial processes. The team is expanding to support Idox as it continues to grow strongly, both organically and through acquisition.
The Process Improvement Partner will coordinate with key stakeholders to understand and document existing operational and financial processes; and identify and deliver potential improvements to improve integrity and efficiency.
A key aspect of the role will be building strong relationships throughout Idox to quickly understand processes and improvement opportunities in a collaborative approach with process owners; and working with the Compliance Services leadership team to prioritise effort to improvement opportunities that have the most impact.
Once improvement projects have been agreed, you will be instrumental in delivering process change management in collaboration with process owners and reporting on progress. This will likely entail managing several different improvement projects in parallel, being responsive to the availability of key stakeholders and varying prioritisation of each project.
The role will report to the Group Head of Compliance Services, and work closely with the Head of Process as well as an array of key stakeholders across the Idox business.
The Corporate Compliance Services team is rightly seen as a well-respected partner to Idox’s operations and finance leaders, delivering thought leadership and change management in business processes. This role will be instrumental to the continued success of the team and supporting Idox Group’s ambitions to scale further through its ‘fly’ phase.
**Key responsibilities**
- Work with key stakeholders to understand and document business process workflows to identify potential improvement opportunities.
- Analyse key process metrics to draw conclusions about trends and gaps as well as identifying potential improvement opportunities.
- Compile process improvement proposals and business cases to demonstrate financial return, risk mitigation, or both.
- Be able to assess the criticality of potential issues / improvements and align priorities against existing business focus with support and guidance.
- Identify, implement, and manage process improvement across the Idox Group liaising directly with key stakeholders, with the support of the Head of Compliance Services and the Head of Process.
- Define measures, test, monitor, evaluate and report on process performance and compliance.
**To be successful, you’ll need to bring**:
- Experience of business process modelling including facilitating BP Review workshops.
- Experience writing process documentation in collaboration with content experts / practitioners.
- Experience designing process maps in MS Visio or other similar software.
- Experience of facilitating change implementation programs.
- A good sense of humour and an ability to think “outside the box”.
- A high level of commitment and passion for achieving outstanding levels of success and service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, consultative approach and able to influence others to support objectives.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Attention to detail but with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Ability to quickly grasp the key elements of a new business domain without being overwhelmed by the complexity or large amounts of information.
- Be adaptable and able to work independently, with the confidence to interact at all levels of a company.
- Strong MS Excel, Word and PPT skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of using SharePoint for document control and management
- Experience of reviewing the effectiveness of existing business processes in different functions within a software solutions company
- Knowledge and understanding of the public sector.
