BOC Limited, a Linde companyBusiness Improvement ManagerAny Major Location, United Kingdom | req26448What You Will Enjoy DoingYou will be responsible for analysing national performance to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement across Packaged Gas Products operationsWorking with stakeholders at all levels to implement strategic initiatives and share knowledge with global productivity teamsYou will lead and manage key projects that deliver operational efficiency and cost savings aligned with business prioritiesAs well as introducing and replicating best practices across production branches to achieve year-on-year productivity gainsYou will deliver productivity training and workshops to embed a culture of continuous improvement and digitalisationThis role will apply Six Sigma methodology to solve complex problems and quantify results for sustainable performanceWhat Makes You GreatYou will have 3 to 5 years of experience in production or operations within a manufacturing or industrial environmentWorking with Six Sigma and Lean tools to apply continuous improvement methodologies effectivelyYou will demonstrate strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiativesAs well as managing cost centres and budgets with practical knowledge of SAP systemsYou will be competent in PC operations with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and Business ObjectsThis role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsWhy you will love working with usWe are the largest provider of industrial, medical and special gases in the UK and Ireland.
