Business Improvement Manager
You will be responsible for analysing national performance to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement across Packaged Gas Products operations
You will lead and manage key projects that deliver operational efficiency and cost savings aligned with business priorities
You will deliver productivity training and workshops to embed a culture of continuous improvement and digitalisation
This role will apply Six Sigma methodology to solve complex problems and quantify results for sustainable performance

You will have 3 to 5 years of experience in production or operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment
You will demonstrate strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
As well as managing cost centres and budgets with practical knowledge of SAP systems
You will be competent in PC operations with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and Business Objects
