This role is based in our Falkirk office, **34 hours per week**, **9am to 5pm (Monday-Thursday), 9am-4:00pm (Friday) **with one hour lunch break.

A.R.D. Consultancy is a highly established, holistic Independent Financial Advice firm based in Falkirk.
We specialise in providing a range of advice, with a strong focus on investments and individual pensions. Our aim is to offer friendly jargon-free advice and a service which is personally tailored to reflect every client's individual needs and objectives. We successfully built long term relationships with clients for over twenty years and provide a confidential and professional service that is of the highest standard.
**The Role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients
- Resolving queries/challenges in a timely manner
- Liaising with other members of our team and product providers where necessary
- Contacting clients and arranging appointments
- Obtaining information in preparation for meetings
- Meeting and greeting visitors to our office
- Providing a dedicated and professional support service to our staff and clients
- Managing the adviser’s diary
- Carrying out a wide range of administration duties on behalf of the company
- Ensuring accurate records are kept
**Requirements**:
- Administration background
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport
- Organisation and planning abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Desirable**:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous administration experience working within a wealth management/financial advice firm or financial services

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
