We have a great opportunityto join Sovereign as a **Coordinator in Property Services** on a permanent basis working from our **BRAND NEW Greenham Office in Newbury** with flexibility to work from home a few days a week, you'llwork as part of our Property Team responsible for scheduling repairs and maintenance gas works to fit with the diaries of our trade staff and contractors.
**To be successful you will need**:
- Solid experience in administration within a busy customer focused role
- Some understanding of building maintenance terminology
- Experience of using a number of different computer systems
- Ability to manage your own work load
- Strong customer service focus
- Confident telephone manner
**Job Purpose**:
- Working in a fast paced busy environment, you will have responsibility for all activity necessary to achieve the successful completion of customer appointments within your area of responsibility, planned, compliance and repair, ensuring all regulatory obligationsare met and customer experience is optimal.
- You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective service whilst following processes and procedures
- Build a partnering relationship based on trust with field stakeholders
- High level understanding of safety compliance processes and procedures, and ensuring these are followed at all times to manage risk to customers and Sovereign.
- Ability to impact assess and to understand the difference between ‘major' and ‘minor' data issues
