We are searching for a confident and motivated individual to join our bustling call centre. Do you have what it takes to remain calm and driven during difficult conversations?

As a member of our expanding team you will communicate via telephone to our clients’ customers in order to agree outstanding arrears. You will be responsible for a diary of accounts which will be worked effectively daily.

Full training is provided, consisting of up to 12 weeks in our dedicated development team. You will learn to talk with control and direction, whilst holding an empathetic approach to debtors.

**Upon completion of induction and training starting salary at £12.50ph**
- Contact customers with outstanding arrears and negotiate payment terms and schedules.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts.
- Strict adherence to compliance, GDPR and core standards of our clientele.
- Work towards and exceed weekly targets to gain commission.
- Operate both independently and in a team environment.
- Attend in house training and educational programmes for professional growth, resulting in personal development.

- Demonstrated skills in negotiating and resolving conflict.
- A positive outlook when dealing with difficult conversations.
- Drive to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Ability and confidence to liaise and give transparent and clear information.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Basic level of IT skills requires.
- Telephone experience is preferred but no essential.
- **Pay and Benefits**_
- **£11PH whilst training, moving up to £12.50PH once complete** (up to 12 weeks)
