**What Youll Be Doing**:

- **Sourcing Top Talent**: Use social media, job platforms, and innovative strategies to attract and identify exceptional educators.
- **Managing Recruitment**: Handle the end-to-end process, ensuring smooth placements and positive experiences for all parties.
- **Achieving Targets**: Work towards ambitious but achievable goals, supported by a collaborative and energetic team.

**About Supply Desk**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Basic Salary**: £25,500.00-£26,000.00 per year

**Additional pay**:

- Commission

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
