Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Achieve targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Sales , preferably in healthcare or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driven, results-oriented, and motivated by success.
