I'm currently working with a well-established and growing recruitment agency that's adding two experienced consultants to their team. Whether that be a 180/270 or 360 degree consultant, you'll work in a collaborative environment with strong leadership and a clear path for progression - ideal for someone who's ready to grow within a supportive and ambitious team.

What is important to you?

Autonomy & Trust – You'll have the freedom to run your own desk while being supported by a collaborative and experienced leadership team.

Uncapped Commission – Earn up to 35% commission with no threshold - your success is in your hands.

Clear Progression Path – Opportunities to progress quickly into Senior Consultant/ Team Lead or Management roles.

What do you need to have?

Recruitment experience (sector flexible)

Longevity within a previous agency

Proven billings & strong client/candidate relationship skills

A confident self-starter who's commercially minded and target driven

Someone who values culture and is looking for long-term growth
