**About the role**
Our **Balfour Beatty Highways**business has a terrific opportunity for a **Land Access Co-ordinator**for our **Lower Thames Crossing project**.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage Land Access Tracker, data collection, collation, and analysis of Land Plots.
- Maintain and update Land Files.
- Coordinate and undertake (or manage supplier resource) for the pre-condition surveys.
- Monitor LTC Roads North Land Access Management Plan, Land File, handover, monitoring use of land, soils, and hand back process.
- Promote a positive environmental culture through proactive engagement and communications with project teams, including the supply chain.
- Build and develop relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate pre-entry condition surveys including written and photographic records undertaken jointly with the landowner.
- Working with the client Lands Team to undertake assessment of future claims for compensation made by landowners

**Who we're looking for**
- Degree Level qualified (desirable) or working towards Diploma accredited from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Relevant experience in Agriculture or Civil Engineering, or related similar discipline such as Rural Enterprise and Land Management (REALM) is desirable.
- Relevant CSCS Card.
- Knowledge of Energy and Carbon [PAS 2080] (desirable).
- Understanding of investigation (root cause analysis) techniques for Environment and Health Safety incident investigation.
- Experience of taking notes and records of meetings with client, stakeholders or supply chain.
- Experience in construction environment (desirable).
