Our well-established client are looking to expand their Customer Support team, are you friendly with a helpful attitude? Then we want to hear from you

Driving Licence essential due to client location.

**Duties**:

- Receive incoming calls, resolve customer issues, pass customers to the relevant teams.
- Build rapport with customers to manage expectations in line with the companies procedures.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve any customer queries that may occur.
- Arrange deliveries, and returns.
- Update customer records.
- Update payment records and identify any outstanding payments on the account.
- Create and scan paperwork for instore collections

**About You**
- Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
- Ability to overcome issues customers may face and find a resolution in a professional manner.
- Ensuring compliance at all times with internal policies and procedures
- Positive attitude and confidence.
- Ideally customer service background previously.
- Be a strong team player.
- Ambition to learn new things.
- Open minded.
- Computer literate with strong keyboard skills.
