Group Risk Manager

Our client, one of Manchester's most vibrant and exciting PLC's seeks an experienced Risk Manager to join their well-established Risk team.
As part of a high-calibre team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Group's Risk Framework and liaising with very senior stakeholders across the group. Partnering with risk owners to understand and highlight risks across the group functions,it is pivotal that you will have a demonstrable track record of excellent stakeholder management.
Working closely with the risk committee and executive risk committee this role will give you excellent exposure to working closely with the group's senior leadership team and executives, and will afford you the opportunity to affect real change as this businesscontinues on it's impressive growth trajectory.
This business's risk environment is mature and this role will capitalise on this - and develop it further - by planning and executing risk workshops with different group functions and developing and owning the group's newly embedded risk and audit software.

Due to strategic plans our client is particularly interested in applicants from a Financial Services and/or Retail background. Our clientboasts state-of-the-art, Manchester-based offices and a vibrant and creative office environment. It is envisaged that this will be a hybrid role with the successful applicant working from the office 4 days per week.
