Health and Safety Group Manager
MCR Property Group operate a wide variety of properties located throughout the United Kingdom including managed office buildings, managed accommodation, retail premises and parks, industrial and warehousing and more; we have a position for a health and safetyprofessional that will review and monitor the group safety management system, mentor our staff ensuring that the group continues to comply with all current legislation and guidelines.

Are you that energetic, driven and passionate professional who will ensure our compliance under law but primarily keep our valued staff safe?
- Regular reviews of the SMS and associated documentation
- Inspections and audits of our various buildings and sites
- Set KPIs
- Provide guidance to office managers, building managers and site management
- Data collection and administration
- Incident/accident investigation
- Carry out risk assessments
- Ideally be qualified to carry out in house training
- Carry out FRAs and fire safety inspection.
- Checking and setting up systems of checks to ensure safety of equipment
- A diploma in Health and safety such as NEBOSH
- IOSH accreditations and or membership
- A clean driving licence
- Evidence of CPD
