Customer Service/administration Officer

We are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator to join a family-run business based in Chesterfield.
The administration role will see you providing support, not only to the team on site but also the wider business and liaising with customers and suppliers on a daily basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Reception - meet and greet visitors, customers and suppliers to site
- Managing incoming calls and enquiries and response appropriately
- Manage bookings and coordinate diaries for the technicians
- Ordering of stock, parts and stationery
- Stock taking
- Prepare and send invoices
- Send quotes and follow up on behalf of the sales team
Skills and experience required:
- High attention to detail
- Good mathematical skills
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated
- High standard of Microsoft Office
The role is a full time permanent position and will be office based.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
