Your main responsibilities will be to provide full administrative support to the Operations department and in turn deliver a professional, compliant and effective client service with a high focus on quality and accuracy.

**What are the key tasks you will carry out?**

The role encompasses all general administration duties to support the Client Delivery Team. Your initial key duties are included in the list below. As you grow in confidence and knowledge there will be additional areas to get involved in. We can promise you will never be bored, and you will always be learning something new
- Input information for new and existing clients onto CURO which is our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure all the data is input correctly and kept up to date.
- Keep up to date with scanning and filing.
- Support the Front of House team when required, to help improve your knowledge of the business and provide cover when needed e.g. distributing post and welcoming clients.

**What Skills and Qualifications do you need?**
- GCSE in English & Math’s (Grade A-C)
- Strong IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional telephone manner
- Enthusiastic and willingness to learn
- Strong personal organisation and prioritisation skills
