- **Role Overview**_
- **What you'll do**_
- Work on Minor Works projects carrying out general building labourer duties such as, decorative repairs, flooring preparation, plastering patch repairs, tiling, cleaning, waste management, demolition works, core drilling, cutting openings.
- To be proactive in managing and undertaking work and be client focussed in the delivery of the work.
- Working in line with company Health & Safety Policy, Rules and Quality Assurance procedures.
- Proactive approach to delivering projects in an efficient and effective manner.
- High standard of housekeeping, material handling and safety at all times.
- Clean and clear works area following completion.
- Ensure that each job is completed snag free and to client’s satisfaction.
- Take ‘before’ and ‘after’ photos of each job and process onto task management systems.
- Maintain and update the company Mobile Management Information Systems.
- Representing the company in a competent and professional manner
- Compliance with the Client’s Building Estates Rules and Regulations.
- Other duties as may be required from time to time depending on the needs of the business
- **What you'll bring**_

As a General Labourer your main skills and experience will include:
**Essential**:

- Able to demonstrate relevant building labourer works training or equivalent experience.
- Significant relevant experience carrying out general labourer works duties detailed in Key Duties above.
- A good attention to detail
- Experience working as part of a building team to complete projects.
- Have excellent knowledge of safe and effective working
- Have great communication skills
- Be able to work on your own initiative with a flexible and problem-solving approach
- Possess a full valid driving licence

**Desirable**:

- Experience working within a hospital maintenance environment.
- Working Knowledge of Mobile Management Information Systems.
