**I currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Centre Manager to coordinate and promote a Serviced Office establishment based in the Altrincham area. This is a permanent full time role, with the working hours between 9:00AM - 6:00PM Monday
**What will you be doing as Business Centre Manager?**
To develop and foster an environment which identifies all sales opportunities
Work alongside the Regional manager to compile and implement a successful sales and marketing strategy to raise awareness of the brand
To ensure the KPIs for each site are being delivered to ensure maximum sales potential being reached.
Ensure that the accounts and property departments are informed of issues as necessary.
Grow and develop your existing client base by delivering excellent customer service
Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to. (Weekly fire alarm tests, six monthly evacuations, identification of hazards of slips, trips and falls etc.)
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of your site - which includes supervision of the maintenance, reception and admin staff within the centre
Completion of all renewals & arrears within allocated time scales
**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:
Previous experience in a pro-active sales position
Highly motivated with a passion to deliver excellent service
Good commercial acumen
Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
Strong communication skills and skilled relationship builder
Must be a driver with own car
**What will you get in return for your work as a Business Centre Manager?**

**Salary**: Up to GBP26000 dependant on experience + 25% bonus structure
Quarterly and Annual performance related bonus
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + additional day off for birthday
4x Salary Death In Service
Free on site parking
Mobile phone supplied
