Business Development Manager

Due to growth and expansion our client a specialist R&D tax relief firm is looking to recruit two Business Development Managers to spearhead their next phase of growth. The company's industry leading bonus structure will see you earn £2,000 bonus a monthjust for hitting target with top performers in the role taking home up to £6,000 a month in bonus.
The opportunity in this market is huge as only 1% of research and development tax relief is claimed by UK businesses every year and most companies do not even know they can claim it. Furthermore, this is totally risk free for customers you bring on as beingan expert in this field the company only charge a fee upon a successful claim and boast a 96% success rate with HMRC. The average claim size in the UK is over £50,000 so this service will make a huge difference to the clients you win.
Working out of state of the art offices half the time with the other half on the road this is an incredible opportunity with unlimited earning potential and genuine opportunities to grow and progress. You will be responsible for booking and attending 8 meetingsa month, maximising internal referrals, representing the business at trade fairs and building a referral network of businesses using the companies industry leading referral scheme.
The successful Business Development Manager will;
Have experience in Business to Business sales (internal or external) as a Business Development Manager, BDM, Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, Account Manager or Internal Sales
A track record of exceeding revenue & retention targets
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn more about the world of R&D tax relief
