Due to the retirement of key team members and a review if the current structure we are now in a position to go to substantive advert for three Head of Service posts. These posts are all permanent and report to the Service director.

Head of Community Rehabilitation
- a wte 8c post
- with on call responsibility. This post will lead and develop the community in-patient service to deliver the highest standards of personalised patient care and improved rehabilitation and clinical outcomes. Patients requiring rehabilitation will spend time with us as an inpatient and this role has senior oversight over this function. The service includes a wide range of nursing, allied health professional, medical, advanced clinical practice roles, and administration/ support services. The roles covers the whole county with six sites and eight wards including a stroke rehabilitation unit.
