Manager, Planning and Change

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager, Planning and Change to play an instrumental role in the quality management service, managing the delivery of the analysis and development of existing and new business processes and projects, which drive greaterservice excellence, cost efficiencies and adherence to CUK standards.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of Fleet People Operations change programmes and projects which includes managing the day-to-day running of Workstreams including planning, risk and issue management, budget management, project progressreporting, management of the project team and the project deliverables.

As the Manager, Planning and Change, you will support the Planning & Change Team and overall Fleet People Operations department with the development and management of focused project plans and integrated cost schedules to achieve goals, recognising dependencies,priorities, risks/mitigations and benefits, alongside managing projects that are on the Fleet People Operations plan, tracking and monitoring the overall progress of budgets for projects within their remit.

Leading by example, you will be recognised as a planning expert, providing coaching and guidance to stakeholders to support them to deliver their change and support continuous improvement activities across the Fleet People Operations function, providingessential expertise and project management to help deliver improvements and drive up performance.

You will create strong project governance frameworks for all projects, ensuring they are clearly defined and documented with terms of reference, milestones and measures present and clearly articulated in the working groups.

About You

As a planning, programme, and project leader, you’ll be an engaging influencer with demonstrable experience of project management and delivery who delivers results and provides insights whilst always striving for continuous improvement within given budgets.

You’ll be working with teams and stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver change, showing business awareness and innovation. Having a natural business acumen and strategic awareness, you will have an understanding of organisational dynamics alongsidebeing a versatile and analytical collaborator.
