This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.What’s In It For YouThe ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth.The support of an organisation that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our bestThrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and empowers its employees through continuous improvementComprehensive benefits package & flexible working arrangements that enable balancing work commitments with other prioritiesWhat You Will DoManage and coordinate resources (people, materials and equipment) in a safe and efficient manner to deliver finished products to meet customer requirements.To apply safety standards and achieve Occupational Health and Environmental standards on site, and ensure adherence to the company's safety requirements for employees and third- party, as well as compliance with local and corporate standards policies.To achieve customer, quality, and service targets, as well as cost efficiency results for site.Daily reviews of plans for open incoming and outgoing orders and assessing impact on supply/demand balance.Direct inventory control, warehousing, and transportation to ensure delivery performance meets corporate targets.Establish and maintain communication with business and customer service contacts while fostering operational relationships with key vendors and suppliers.Report performance through KPI dashboard.Drive continuous improvement within the team and company supply chain.Set business performance and development goals and ensure high level of positive employee engagement within teamPart of the Emergency Duty Manager rota for the Management of Major Accident Hazards.Minimum QualificationsPrevious experience in logistics, manufacturing, production planning or other areas of supply chain, including line manager experienceExperience with global transportation and working industry knowledge.Working knowledge of export and import compliance tradeGood communication skills.Physical DemandsThis role requires working in a chemical manufacturing plant, and is based on the Fawley refinery.Preferred QualificationsRecognised qualification in logistics, planning or supply chain managementPrevious experience in a lean manufacturing environment (such as Lean Six Sigma or 5S)Strong change management and project management skills Strong project management skillsKnowledge of financial measurements of logisticsCertificationsList any industry or local specific certifications required for the jobAbout UsChampionX is now part of SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
