**Head of Data Science required for rapidly growing fintech company based in London - Hybrid Working - Up to 130k**

A fintech in London that is making major waves is seeking an experienced Head of Data Science to join and lead its talented and rapidly scaling tech team to work on its flagship product: a SaaS based software used to help large organisations save money. Working on software used by some of the largest companies in the world you will be managing a team that will leverage and analyse data to shape and implement the roadmap of this unique product. The proprietary tech uses cutting edge algorithms on terabytes of data to save large corporations millions.

**What you need**:

- Experience leading and managing teams of developers and data scientists
- 5 years minimum experience in Data Science/ML
- 4 years minimum experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)

**It would be extra awesome if you have**:

- Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and best practices
- Experience with conversational chatbots
- Strong communication skills.

**Salary**: Up to £130,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- NLP: 4 years (preferred)
- Data science: 5 years (preferred)
